"To Whom It May Cocern, I would like to commend a member of your Agency. My husband and I contacted Eileen in the summer of 2006 when we came across a house for sale in Somers. We were contacted immediately and set up an appointment. Unfortunately this particular house was already under contract. However, Eileen had a group of other houses to show us. After the first day of looking, Eileen knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for, and more importantly, what we were not looking for.
After an extremely bad relationship with our last real estate agent, our faith was restored! Eileen was right on with every house she showed us. She was well-prepared for every showing, having done her research in advance. She was also thorough in her investigation, answering any questions that we had. She was also diligent in keeping us updated on any changes in the market, including houses we had shown interest in.
