Heritage Hills is an award wining planned condominium community which was started in the early 1980's and was just recently completed. It is situated within 1,100 acres of rolling hills, meadows and woodlands, of which 40% will remain forever open space. Conceived as a self-contained village intend on offering one of the best and most varied lifestyles that can be found anywhere in the northeast region of the United States, the community even has its own state-of-the-art sewage treatment plant, private water system, road grid, shuttle, and security.

Condominium Associations
The community is made up of well over 1,200 semi-attached, attached and free standing condos and town homes of various sizes and styles, all organized within thirty Condominium Associations, each with their own elected Board of Managers. These boards are responsible for the common areas and services within each condo group, such as roads, landscaping, building exteriors, the sewer & water system, as well as snow and trash removal. They also manage the affairs of each specific condo group.
Heritage Hills Society
The Society Office is an elected volunteer board that has responsibilities for common areas, buildings, main roads, water & sewage plant, shuttle services, security and facilities used by to all of the homeowners. This includes also the Activities Center, all recreation facilities and the satellite pools. They manage only the affairs of the community related to all of the homeowners.
Heritage Management Group
Heritage Management Group, based in Somers NY, owns and maintains a fleet of trucks and specialized equipment and employs a staff of more than 150 experienced full-time and part-time professionals, including certified property management specialists, to implement year-round services for homeowners and Heritage Hills Associations and Boards.
